I found one Sky broadcast. I could do that one, as I saw that Sky used it in different countries for different leagues (ex: Scotland, Germany or even Vanarama National Legue) Let me know if there would be need for this one:

@Vndrew, myself and the community have gathered a nice collection of team logos from different big tournaments, and now many of you are enjoying it in Classic Patch 16.

However, unlike CP14, CP16 for now only features qualified teams (@ACICOG may confirm if it is planned to include non-qualified soon too).

And for non-qualified teams we do not have such logos, which leads to non-pretty situations such as these:

As such, it would be great to add logos for non-qualified teams.

I can take on this job even though I am noob in PS but I would need someone to help with png/psd templates that I would apply on top of flags and generate the flags.

The required styles and teams are:
1. WC 1998
Example:

Teams:
Australia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Finland, Georgia, Ghana, Greece, Hungary, N. Ireland, Poland, Portugal, R. of Ireland, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Uruguay, Wales.

2. WC 2002
Example:

Teams:
Algeria, Australia, Austria, Bulgaria, Colombia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Finland, Ghana, Greece, Honduras, Hungary, Iran, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Morocco, Netherlands, N. Ireland, Norway, Romania, Scotland, Slovakia, Switzerland, Ukraine, Wales, Yugoslavia.

3. WC 1990
Example:

Teams:
Bulgaria, Chile, Denmark, East Germany, France, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Mexico, N. Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, Wales.

4. Euro 1992
Example:

Teams:
Italy, R. of Ireland, Spain, Yugoslavia.


WC 1994 and WC 1986 I can create myself, those are easy.

I downloaded the logos, I could try with photoshop to create them from scratch using the base but they would not be quite the same, although the quality would be better
