Frosty tool editor with FIFA 18 added requires an encryption key to launch. Anyone have an idea how to?

How will you duplicate a player? It's just not possible.

Only thing that's possible is to replace faces of players that already have face.

Maybe in the future Revolution Mod will be a thing again? I miss it so much.

No. ReShade is not compatible with DX12 and the developers said they will probably never make it DirectX12 compatible.

To duplicate players, copy/paste their particulars into the players table and teamplayerlinks table, 5, 10, 100 times if you like. Yes, they won't have highquality faces, but their generic look-alike faces will still be 10x better than the faces in PES looked 10 years ago.

I mean you can duplicate players that way for sure. But my target was to completely duplicate a player including duplicating his face models. So that we can replace the duplicated face model with another face model for using it with another player.

But now that I think of it, it won't work unless the duplicated face has different ID. So at this point it's no different from importing a new face model with different ID.

Fidel released a LOD mod, head over to his thread and check it out.

A couple of things: The generic faces in FIFA 18 are many times better than the real faces in PES were when that feature was available in that game. That was the point I was making. So it is possible, right now in FIFA 18, to create multiple copies of real players with generic faces, that look much better than real player faces ever looked in earlier PES games.

Memory is a funny thing, as is thinking inside a closed box. People long for the good old days that actually never were that good really, or that were not anywhere near as good as we have it now. Think of all the people who claim PES 5 was the greatest football game ever, for example. These are people who are stuck in a box. They need to learn to think outside it.

thank you, but I thought I read that regularcat did it without cheat engine.I believe fidel work with cheat engine
because I do not use that.
and that would be nice because yesterday I tested my banners but the lod is horrible

I'll talk with Regularcat and see what can be done. I'll inform you later.

Yeah I get your point. We were talking about different things I guess. Generic faces looks good on FiFA but I am aiming to import high quality faces that look like the real players, especially old players whose faces got removed. RC said that its actually possible to import new faces, so there is some hope.

And lol about PES faces. FiFA 2001, 2002 and 2002 World Cup graphically looked 4x better than rest of the Ps2 gen games including PES. And faces were of much higher quality. I still have my old games and play them every now and then. But it's true that they aren't even close to as good as modern games, but that doesn't mean they aren't fun anymore.

Oh well there you go. So question: What is the point of having more than 1 version of a star player? What do you do with 2 Messi's? If you want to see 2 Messi's, just play Argentina vs Barca.

Because of having fun. Like having 11 Messis in 1 team.

But, that's not my goal though. So in my case, having duplicated players is useless. Unless the duplicated can have different face & stats like the FUT icons. I don't know if the FUT icons are using same id for thier different versions. Searching 37576 in Frosty's mod shows me only Ronaldo's face with 2002's hairstyle. I couldn't find his young face.

So I assume they are using different IDs now?

Mate we aren't ignoring you. But most of the time I don't understand anything you say lol. So it takes time for that reason to reply.

I talked about Revolution mod in fifa18, the mod made by Scouser to add new features to FIFA. Don't know what you're on about.
