It's probably a lightmap issue. Either missing lightmap or too bright diffuse color of the material. You can try to bake the texture with darker diffuse color of material.

do you know if benchplayers can be positioned by your wish, or you can't control this?

I ask because almost all 3rd party stadiums have benchplayers floating near the bench ...

We can't control it in FIFA 16. I think it's related to the model we use. The position could be in the FIFA16.exe.

PS: regarding EA stadiums (DDS to PNG conversion). do you know how to convert them as a batch method? of just one by one in blender? they are hundreds and blender is slow ...

I already answered you in Tapatalk but maybe you don't read it yet.

I use a program called "XnShell". With this program you can convert all DDS files too PNG files at once.

i also use this program for years

but, how to insert them as a batch into stadium model?

I don't know if it's possible. I replaced every texture one by one. It costs some time but at the end it worked. Maybe anybody else have a better idea.
