Maybe it's just me having not enough time (since I gotta sleep 2-3 hours before church) but file#0 which is the badge for the kit doesn't show properly with the uploaded kits here since the original ones (the ones in the game made by EA doesn't have any badges on them to begin with).
I'm trying to sort this out since I have already overlapped them earlier but didn't show in-game. Weird. (But in the preview in CM12 it's ok) So I'm redoing one of them before I sleep.
PROBLEM SOLVED WITH THE BADGE!
Turns out you have to save (there's a small save button on the lower part of the screen besides the save button UP the screen) the alignment values first. BLOODY HELL!
As you know in CM 12 we have
But when you double click Show Textures, we have the usual (old) hair texture
But if you use the old textures in the game we have for some reason there is a shade of gray.
How I solved this problem:
1. Open these two texture with Photoshop
2. Layer with the old texture should be on top.
3. Put the old texture opacity to 50%
4. Merge down the layers, we get something like it
5. Insert the texture in CM 12.
6. Check in the game. as an example

I have issue when trying to save certain players from time to time. I created new team with "New Player" list, so when I edit them all and try to save, program throws an .net error (something like item already in list) and I can't save it. It's annoying, to redo everything multiple times. Everything else works ok. Team shows up in game.
Could you at least add an option to batch export/import player and team data? It would enable us to save and load easily existing presets.
Also, game crashed when I added Ghana. Everything works ok, until I start the match. It crashes without any message.
However, Serbia works just fine. Even the real commentaries are available.
