UPDATE

Fixed Cheech's hair and head model. Specifically the eyes . Also added a more red pigment to his skin.
Fixed Gio's texture and right cheekbones
Fixed Salcido's eye texture, still needs hairline update.

Hey do you know how to fix hair alphas? There are black spots ingame :/

ohh, that's coz you imported through cm use fifa file explorer import the hair alpha throught that and save the rx3 in sceneassets. When you save through cm, it removes part of the texture out and adds black patches.
