Well i don't have pes3 for ps2 so i haven't tested it but the mdl file from pes3 does work in we7 so i don't see why it shouldn`t work backwards, the one i know it does`t work for is pes3demo

These is an update they now hava a shadow so u can notice better where a panel finishes since inthe last some kinda look like they where a plastic ball or something

the 3 panel model doesn't work on pes3 pc still i don't know if it wwill work on pes3ps2 , there is a link above that migth help you
