Don't worry about that!! When you convert sorts from FIFA 22 to FIFA 14,15,16, something is always wrong with the socks. It happens to me too, but don't worry about it - We won't give up the jersey because of the socks - make sure none of the players wear high socks. That's the only thing you can do. And enjoy!!

pretty sure the long sock problem could be solved as well pretty easy

don't know what the problem is exactly, but still think it's pretty easily solved
