Youth players

During the upcoming week we will make adjustments to how the youth players improve during training. The change will make them improve faster.

The adjustment is planned to be made on Thursday, and it will thus be active for the training on Friday.

this is good or bad..? now the swedes will be producing superstars faster, but on the other hand we can make little pocket dynamoes from our youths ... cant wait..

This news doesn't tell many things : We only know that something will happen on thursday which should be good for our youths.
I don't really trust MZ Crew. I will wait and see what will happen the next weeks on my youths training reports.

I'm sure crew will give us some more information either before or on the day that they make whatever changes, but they're not best known for their communication with the common folk! It should be good for youths though, as they want to encourage people to start a youth system.

As long as this works out better for my superstar youth (ie. he gets more balls faster) then I'll be happy.

Oh and making them slightly cheaper wouldn't be too much to ask for would it?

I looking forward to the faster training. I've got a few good youths already, so hopefully they will be superstars in the future. If there is a noticable improvement then I'll get a few more youths in a couple of weeks

I have 13 youths, and my question is: Is it worth putting all my good coaches on them? Will it pay off?

Finally me having 16 youths and 8 coaches (a total of over £30k a week combined) will pay off...

I ordered a youth this week because of the news and the worst youth ever showed up. He has a total of 6 skill balls. I hope that means someone else is going to get a great youth.

The old youth players you have will not be affected by this. If you want youths who develop at a rapid rate, then you will have to get them this Friday / Saturday.

That is my interpretation of the news posting, and what I have read elsewhere.

So the change is made to the way that youth players train. Surely that means all youth players, regardless?

if thats the case then its stupid... major disadvantage to players that already have a youth system in place.

Of course the old youths will improve faster, just as fast as the "new" youths.

yeah, agree with you there.

what is true though is that olderplayers won't receive the full benefit, as they have x.x seasons of old, plus y.y one new - only players coming in now, or in my case, at start of nextseason, will be coming in and able to receive full benefit throughout their youthlifetime.
