well, i havent touched FM in 6 months, but this is how my starting 11 looks like
year is 2011 and team is Sheff Wed.

F*cking Bremen won't sold Johan Micoud to me in January after I sold Rosicky to Liverpool. I matched their asking price but they won't budge. Had a 6-match winless streak and an inconsistent finish which led to fourth and UEFA Cup football for a club in debt.

Ajax Amsterdam, won the league and cups my first season, knocked our of CL in the groups stages. My second season got to the final of the CL and won, but lost out on the league to...AZ, lost the cup to PSV.

Had a lot of money though, the club was really in debt by the 4th season, got a new board, got a ****-load of money. This is my new team, just the starters and anyone else i can remember:
