Silvian Wiltord? Jon Dahl Tommason? Jan Koller? Garry Neville? Please give me a break! These are good players but never better than Ruud van Nistelrooy, Jay Jay Okocha, Roger Milla, George Best, George Weah...

I'd start Mido (2001/2002 end of season version) ahead of Babel ... or even Andy Van der Meyde (from circa 2002-2003) ... other than that, the team looks good ...

Man I completely forgot about how talented Van Der Meyde was before he left to Inter. Whatever happened to him?

Thinking about it, I could have put Suarez on that spot there too.

Ronaldo the fenomeno was best player of 1990-2009 IMO.But if only about 2000-2009,maybe ronaldo was not best, ronaldo was best of the 90s,not 00s.

he was awesome ... his decline is depressing to think about ... he got shafted at Inter ... it didn't help that there were constant managerial changes, before Mancini told him he could go ... the move to Everton is what killed his career ... he should have stayed in Italy ... he's still clubless (since summer '09) I think ... :nape:

WIKIPEDIA:
Edison Arantes do Nascimento,[6] KBE (born 23 October 1940, Três Corações, Minas Gerais), best known by his nickname Pelé (Brazilian Portuguese pronunciation: [peˈlɛ], usual English pronunciation: /ˈpɛleɪ/) is a Brazilian retired former football player. While his birth certificate shows his first name as Edison, and he prefers to call himself Edson[citation needed], it is as Pelé that he has become a sporting legend. He is widely considered as the best footballer of all time.[7][8][9][10]
