Dr.Dre, Xzibit and Snap! These guys know what beats sound like.

Of course you know that Dre produces a lot of Xzibit's stuff right?

EDIT: Neptunes baby, the neptunes are the second greatest, next to Dre.

Yeah, that's a great album. I'm currently a big "Stay Positive" fan, but have been into just about every song on that album.

I don't like The Streets that much... hate his flow, it seems like he spells out every word. Not really spell out, but the syllable thing he does, you know what I'm talking about.

In Don't Mug Yourself, it seems like he's just staying stuff, I don't see any emotion in some parts :S I like the chorus in that tho. I like Lets Push Things Forward and Weak Become Heroes.

The beats are very tight though.

Starting XI
Original Pirate Material is my all time favourite rap (ish) album. Amazingly emotive, and lighthearted in others, and as everyone has agreed, the beats are wicked. GREAT ALBUM.

I didn't know Xzibit was produced by Dr.Dre. I just know a few of the artist Dre produced. I only like the beats, I hate the rapping.

I also like Mobb deep and Big Tymers.

Dre produces the best beats.

But if you counted the beats in some 'the roots' songs then they would be the best, im not sure if you count them though because they are actually played by the band, not just made using a machine.
