I read the thread on editing devdata and its attached document very thoroughly but had a lot of problems getting my controller to work with FIFA 2006.
Actually, the pad works fine with FIFA06 WITHOUT touching devdata. I can play the game fine, do almost everything EXCEPT first touch movements. Simply put, FIFA06 doesn't recognize the 2nd analogue stick. It recognizes all the buttons including the D-Pad and the 1st analogue stick properly.
I wonder if anyone has got the same controller as me and if they could share their advice on how to make first touch movements possible with the XBOX 360 Controller for Windows.

When I edited devdata, not only the 2nd analogue stick failed to work. Button A or 1 was not recognized by FIFA and my players kept moving on their own doing all sorts of drags with the ball.
