GSP FIFA 11 - Greek Superleague Patch v1.0
Patch Info:
Patch adds the Greek Super League (GSL) and top Cypriot teams into the ROW (Rest of World). Please note: you must have EA's v1.01 patch before you install this patch.
Patch details:
- Adds the Greek Super League into the game
- GSL now appears in Manager and tournament modes
- Playable Greek HOL Cup in tournament and manager mode
- Adds Cypriot teams: Anorthosis, APOEL, Omonoia into ROW
- Adds Cyprus National team
- Realistic team kits for all above leagues & teams
- Updated mini kits
- New team flags for all Greek and Cypriot teams
- Extra team flags (4 in total) have been added for: AEK Athens, Aris FC, Iraklis FC, Olympiacos, Panathinaikos and PAOK.
- New team fonts and numbers
- Adds team sponsors to all teams
- Added new realistic banners for all the above teams.
- Adds official Greek SuperLeague Nike T90 Tracer ball
- New Greek (GSL) TV scoreboard (replaces default EA scoreboard)
- Relaced default newspaper with SportDay
- Rosters for above teams reflect winter transfers

In the updated release v1.01 (BETA) we fixed some know bugs that were identified by our community. We have downgraded the new release as a beta due to some instabilities CM seems to create. Most notably the Tournament Mode where as you begin a tournament (Greek Superleague or Greek Cup OPAP) once you save your game and try to load it again it switches the league name to Seria B (yeah that was a wtf moment). Mogolos and I spent some time trying to figure this one out but to no avail. Other than that, this version is much more stable than v1.0 and should be loads o-fun if ur a fan o Greek football. Lots of goodies (and more to come)
Last but not least (and on a personal note) I would like to extend our thanks to the international community for their contributions, to my friend (and fellow countrymen) Regularcat over at fifa-infinity and Kaiba_MX over at fifamexico. Thanks guyz!!!!

Greek newspaper mod's - Sport tou borra.
In our GSL patch we replaced the default EA Insider newspaper with SportDay (considered to be one of the most neutral Greek newspapers). As we have done in the past, I figured it would be cool to incorporate other newspapers that tend to be a bit biased towards certain teams. In short what a fan of a particular team would read.
So with that being said, in our FIFA 11 > Mod's download section I added the newspaper called Sport to borra (loosely translates to Sports from the North) which tends to be a PAOK fan fav!
I'll keep you guys posted on any new ones we post.

i have a problem with the patch, Graphics etc. works fine but the Team Names are not correct. There stands e.g *Teamname_Abbr15_121543.
How can I solve this problem?

What language are you using to play? At the moment only English is supported. Havent gotten around updating the others (yet).
If you do an uninstall it will also remove the data0.big (might want to copy that into the Game folder then regenerate)
P.S. As we mention in the installer, it is always best practice to make a copy of your data before you install (any) patch

No problem mate I normally create a GER loc file as we have a good German fanbase. In this version I didnt create it (yet) as we are still working on some of the issues CM creates once a new league is created. Hopefully that will be resolved soon. We'll include a GER loc in the final release.

No it does not remove ANY other localizations. They are all there, in fact all the known loc files are there.
Like I said before, the patch was designed with ENGLISH as the primary language, so it will work fine as long as you select ENGLISH when you start the game. We have not made any updates to all the other localizations. Time permitting we will do so in future releases.

Understood, but thats because the other languages have not been updated to reflect the changes made in the English db.
So you have two options here my friend:
1) Play the game in English (which I see you are not a fan of)
2) Uninstall it and wait until we release a version with support for your locale
Now if you are saying that you cannot select your local language from the main menu then you have done something else to your game. I have no issues selecting other languages (and no one else I've spoke to from out beta testers or otherwise) have reported such an issue.

I either havent problems selecting the language, but I had problems uninstalling it. After that my fifa didnt work and i needed to reinstall it completely.
