Wrong Cup Formats

Has anyone noticed that the formats for some cups aren't correct.

There are no replays in the FA Cup - a tied game just goes into extra time.

And for the EFA trophy, although they have the new group stage, only 16 teams go through not the top three from each group. Therefore i assume if u finish 3rd in a Champions league group, ur knocked out of all European competition entirely.

I would have expected better for a game that boasts its licenses, but at least this time u don't have teams from the same country in the same group.

BTW what is the LDV Vans trophy awarded for?

No, the LDV Vans Trophy is different, here is a quote from the official website:

The LDV Vans Trophy is competed for by all clubs in Leagues 1 and 2 plus 12 invited clubs from the Football Conference.
The invitations to the Conference sides are based on the final league positions from the previous season, but to qualify for entry into the competition the club's ground must meet The Football League Admission Criteria of a minimum capacity of 5,000 with 1,000 seats.

This season's invited clubs are:

Aldershot Town
Barnet
Carlisle United
Dagenham & Redbridge
Exeter City
Hereford United
Morecambe
Scarborough
Stevenage Borough

im assuming in this game the 48 clubs from leagues 1 and 2 are in this competition as default

EDIT: i answer my own question, i think it was blackpool, but not 100 percent sure
