This game sucks giant hairy testicles!

Damn game won't even turn off the Rumble force on my PS2 pad, so it just rumbles contimously ALL the time - even when i exit the game!! Playing on a PC, but this is no excuse. There is not even a feature to configure your gamepad!

And the menus! MY GOD!

I've had it with FIFA. I'm burning my copy and will picket outside shops against anyone who buys it. Worst game ever made, ever!!

OK, so this version is the 2nd worst edition then! FIFA 2002 was absolutely abysmal- even my girlfriend couldn't believe how bad it looked. It 'played' even worse than it looked!! :<
I was sooooooooooo angry when I first played it online; the guy I played, agreed with me about how sh*te it was. EA must laugh at us suckers!! :<

I'm sick of EA's beta-quality FIFA games! Let Konami have the licences...

Obviously you haven't played EA Sports Rugby 2004 - I can't believe there is a sports game worse than this. The game is absolutely pathetic - sometimes during scrums the camera flys away and shows you everything except for the action occuring on the field. Truly abysmal title.

I own Madden 2004 - incredible game - wonderful depth - looks gorgeous except for the the dark stadiums (gamma problem). Luckily my Bears can wear all white which makes it easier to see.

I also have NHL 2004 - it plays better than the last couple of versions but this series peaked about 3 or 4 years ago. Almost impossible to hold off the CPU in the 3rd period - it's like the entire teams doses up on steriods and ritalin during the 2nd intermission and then bombards you with shot after shot until your fingers fall off.

I was hoping FIFA would be closer to Madden 2004 than Rugby 2004 and would even settle for the equivalent of NHL 2004.

I'll find out where it slots in on Wednesday. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

is that so? ... tell me, WHY SHOULD WE GIVE A S*** ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO WITH YOUR COPY!!??? i sick of all you crybabys comin in here and complaining about what you don't like on fifa and what you're gonna do with it (like we give a crap!)

If you don't have something good to say about the game, a question about it, or even a constructive honest critic on it, just shut the f*** up!! Geez:kader:

Ok, here's an honest question without a hint of a whine:

Why do EA continue year after year to remove features which people are perfectly happy with? Do you think anybody honestly wished from last year that they took the save replay option out, that they took away the ability to configure controllers out? etc. etc.

I've said it before, I'm not anti-EA because I love so many of their games but it's just an absolute mystery why year after year they add new stuff and take existing stuff away!

Replays are in as i heard, there will be a patch for it soon. When they were porting the game from PS2 they forgot to put in the replay feature .

Well see my friend, I m not against EA or something, I also would love their game to succeed so I can play 2-3 different soccer games. But EA can't develop a soccer game. Should I list the problems in this game again which I have listed them 1000x.

1) AI plays the same and attacks the same way all the time.
2) The shots are like bullets.
3) Passing is like pinball.
4) Keepers are dumb, can score from 30 yards easily.
5) Nets are like steal.
6) .........

its not fact, its your opinion, so if you want any credit then put forward a point which you believes makes it 'SH*T'.

Anyhow, Im only writing this post to agree with the guy who said Rugby 2004 was a far worse game. Not only does the manual not have some instructions (ie: menu navigation) and the porting from console is very poorly done, but the gameplay is hideously slow (passing in particular) and very unrealistic scrumming and rucking

I think you'll find that "this game is shi*t" is an opinion. And your follow up statement is also an opinion. I think you need to get your facts straight. Or opinions as they seem to be.

although ill agree with points 1 and 5 i still think this is a great game (although ill be annoyed if EA want to charge me for playing online)

In my opinion the game could have been a lot better. The goalies can't save sh*t. The freestyle...has anybody seen one? And the AI......i think it should be AS for artifical stupidity.
