Try to reinstall them by going to Start - Program Files - FIFAMANIA - World National Patch 09.
If it does not work, unfortunately you cannot do anything: audio editing is the worst field for importing editing

I dont get it though, I have always been able to hear the anthems, The ones in Robbies patch worked. I was thinking it was something small because at first it did work but then just quit working out of nowhere. I tried it, It didnt work, Damn, the anthems sounded great, they were very loud and crisp, best ones I have heard. This is very weird.

Robbie provided all the audio files, of course they work. If previously you heard them, try this one:
1) go into the WNP folder\WNP09\data\audio and delete audio.big. Then you should find there a audio_bak.big. Rename it as audio.big
2) Try to reinstall them by going to Start - Program Files - FIFAMANIA - World National Patch 09.

See if it works now

I just wanted to ask you a quick question about the Install Creator version you are using? I am fearing whether or not maybe there are issues to do with XP/Vista incompatibilty issues. I have a Vista machine and the installer for my patch works fine for me; however there is a crash for users who I assume are using XP. Any ideas how to fix this?

I use install creator 2.0 (build 32) that works also for Vista. About your problem (I have read in the thread) I think that it is an install creator bug with big size patches. The best solution is to split the installer into 2 parts as you said

If you guys will release another update, can you also make a tournament league with 6,8,10 teams that won WC or Euro's . It would be great!
Spain 2008, Italy 2006, Greece 2004, Brazil 2002, France 98-2000,Germany 96, Denmark 92 maybe...etc

this patch is exceptional, but all i really want from it is the tournaments.

anyway i can get them in a cmp format file ?

maybe you can just make the patch from your patch already in your game.

& if you can this is waht i would like

1) FIFA Road to World Cup 2010 (Europe, Asia, South-America, Oceania)
2) FIFA Road to World Cup 2010 (Europe, Africa, South-America, Oceania)
3) FIFA Road to World Cup 2010 (Europe, North-America, South-America, Oceania)

Man, you can install the patch and take whatever you want given that the patch is external (it will not touch your FIFA and national teams). Then, when you have done everything, you can simply uninstall the patch

Btw, the 3 World Cup 2010 tournaments lead all to the final of the WC2010
