If u sign a player, but he cannot get a work permit and therefore can't play, how do u go about getting them a work permit?

Cheers

The player will have to have played 75% of recent international games for his country. If he has, offer him a new contract and his case will be reviewed.

In the mean time, send him to a feeder club where he will be able to play, where they have less restrictions on foreign/non-EU players.

How do you send a player to a feeder club if they don't have a work permit? Whenever I buy a player, before he is allowed on my team he gets put through the work permit phase. If he can't get it, the transfer is denied, so how do you buy and then farm out to a feeder team?

I always get the player in my squad regardless of getting a permit. Sometimes too young to got to a feeder team.

What type of feeder team do you have Shifty?

You need to make sure that one of the benefits of the feeder club listed is "to avoid work permit regulations" - which basically means the club is in a country that doesn't have work permit regulations (such as Belgium).

Like what happened to Dong Fangzhou.

Yes, you need a feeder club that is designed to get around work permits. Appeal for the permit, then when it is denied it will ask you if you want to sign him and send him there.
