Ugghhhhh I hate it.






Could someone explain to me about the work permit, why its used, why some people wont get acepted. so one big explaination will appreciated. :jap:

Non-EU players need to have played at least 75% of their nations' international games in the last two years, or have to have a high potential.

It's used to have more place for youngsters from the home nation to play football, but the FAs can't discriminate against other EU players because of the Schengen agreement (equal rights of employment).
