I'm sure it really isn't.
I usually spend a good 4 hours (yes, I'm that sad) comparing stats to choose my team for the first time, including the base tactic. Like hell I'm going to do that for someone else.

Like I'm playing Man Utd now and it picks everyone who I would except it picks Giggs for left mid and I won't my new Russian guy.
