Not sure, but with RDBM you can put the ladies to free agents and sign them in career mode.
EDIT: Maybe you can assign the women's teams to men's leagues (eg. Rest of the world) and then swap them when sarting a career. (also with RDBM) Problem is that you don't have the players that are only playing in national teams like for example Alexia Putellas (since Barca femini aren't in the game).
