I was actually thinking of putting together a large concacaf patch instead of just MLS. replacing all the national teams with concacaf nations, and all the leagues with concacaf leagues. if i were to do this, i would want to do it right and make full leagues, not just one-off teams. plus if i were to do this i would go all the way and replace all the teams, not just a few of them. so that leaves the english, french, german, spanish, italian, and dutch leagues to replace with concacaf leagues. the last page of teams (where i have MLS currently located could be a US league page with the 12 MLS clubs and the top USL clubs (sounders, whitecaps, rhinos, impact... who else?)

So 6 leagues? Mexico is a given so that gives us 5. Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Costa Rica (based on leagues featured in the CONCACAF Champions Cup this season) That leaves one more league... Trinidad and Tobago? too small. what last concacaf league should be featured?

i could also just do a western hemisphere patch. then the leagues could be USA, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador. And feature all the national teams from CONCACAF and CONMEBOL... what do you guys think? I'll need a lot of help...

That would be a kick-ass patch man! What the hell are you waiting for? Get cracking. All kidding aside, that would be a major project. You'd have to recruit a lot of talented people to help you out (kit makers, stadium editors etc). I wish I could be of help but my talent is just playing the game. :)
