Creation Master though works on my Windows 10 PC which is version 1903, maybe you could try it first on a virtual machine before fully upgrading if your computer has the space.

To answer your question, I think Creation Master and File Explorer should be compatible with Windows 10, but it's always best to double-check before making the switch. You can do this by doing a quick search online or checking the system requirements for those programs on their official website. I recently upgraded my own PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and didn't have any major compatibility issues. Of course, it's always possible that some older programs might not work properly, but for the most part, I think you should be good.
