Sliders were in the beta, but yes it's a little disconcerting right now to see them not in the demo, apparently custom tactics are working properly now which is a huge plus, but without sliders I'd have to think long and hard about buying the game.

I remember there were some strings for slides values in fifa 16 but I don't remember those strings and I don't rememeber if they worked

Also not possible to edit FIFA 17 memory using Cheat Engine as it automatically closes upon the opening of CE.

Probably removed from the demo to prevent people from playing the modded full demo version like the last couple of years. Can't play the game without sliders, period.
