That's probably why. Im using the one located in
C:'\Program Files (x86)\Fifa Master\File Master\
Rx3Master.exe

put in the path zireq showed you the file u've downloaded from moddingway and verify if it works

you can use blender to export the texture, arianos already released the new version, just change the textures in blender and export, with any size
