I'll explain myself i prefer eas version cause it looks more detailed and lifelike,without excess shadows.beard looks better .. this is my opinion maybe someone else prefer your version..and its ok, your works are in high level as always..

How do I add new faces to players that already have starheads from EA?
Like, if I download a new Neymar face, and add a lua-file, he still has his standard EA face, even though I made a lua file and placed the head, hair and face .rx3's in the sceneassets folder. I have moddingway mod installed, and players who have generic faces get their downloaded faces, but not the players that already have faces from EA.

I guess you probably didn't regenerate after you put all the files inside

just some small suggestions
the blueish tint on the eyelids, beard and eyebrows.
also the light skit on his fringe maybe should match the rest of the face texture
