i've simulated up untill the 2011/2012 season, and my manager stats are 19, 17, 18, 18, 16, 19

its a flaw in the game basically, it attributes any success or media responses from your Assitant to you.

So basically you have a half decent assistant

and just so you know...... i'm up to 20, 20, 20, 20, 18, 20 now at the start of 2013/14
