Why not start Creation Master 08 ?

Hello,i have a problem... When i want to start CM 08 this message appears: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click on OK to terminate the application." Earlier when i used CM 08 it worked,just now have any problems... I have Windows XP SP2... I installed a .net framework 2.0 it might corrupt or i don't know... who knows whats the problem,please let me help :-( (Sorry if i have mistake on my English)
