Why is my kit invisible in-game?

I downloaded a kit in bmp format from these forums, I used WE Graphics Studio to import it into the game, but for some reason it's invisible. How come?

you have to set the kit opaque

(quoting mayor)

by clicking eyedropper, pointing with it area you want to set transparent (e.g. green area near collar) and moving slider max. to the left
instead of moving slider you can also check "only A" option, then you can set pointed color opaque or transparent by clicking black or white box
