Why i can't see 3d model ?

I have Fifa 09 and Creation Master 09. When i want to see a face , 3d model , i have a error , to any player. And also a can't see 3d prewiew to boots. Why ? I have istalled Net Framework 1.1 and 2.0.
Anyone can help me ? Pls ?
