Why does my graphics card crash sometimes when i play games?

I recently bought a new graphics card (EVGA Nvidia GTX 460) to play Fifa 11 and other games. It was working fine until recently, sometimes when the game goes to a cut scene cinematic, The graphics card gets really loud and the computer restarts itself. I bought a new power supply with adequate power for the card, so its not that. Its getting really annoying, any ideas what might be causing the problem?
Here are my PC specs:

Windows 7 32-bit
EVGA GTX 460
4GB RAM
AMD Phenom 9550 Quad-Core Processor
OCZ Mod xtream-Pro 700w PS
LG W2443T 24' HD Monitor

your hardware is fine. ff11 is having so much bug. hope the fix version 2.0 would come out along with the new transfer's squad on feb.
