Why does Creation Master 08 not start ?

Hey, you can try:
1. Unistall all .NET Framework
2. Instal .NET Framework Compact 2.0 and try use CM08.
3. If not work install 2.0 SP2 too and try use CM08.
4. If not work install 2.0 Language Pack SP2 and try use CM08.
5. Install 3.0 SP2 and try use CM08.
6. Install 3.0 Lang Pack SP2 and try use CM08.
7. Install 3.5 SP1 and try use CM08.
8. Install 4.0 Client P.
9. Install 4.0 Extended
The CM08 work with 2.0, but in my old pc dont work.. When we re install the OS it work
