why do the have 4eyes some bin or bmp in the game?

i have dowloaded the IC3man Faces Pack
and the new incredible maradona face?

with the Diego-Editable-y097 bin file
i have a i little problem
when i put in the editable face of maradona in the game, he have 4 eyes? same problem with pele on the same facepack how to fix it?

and when i do like the face pack tuturtial off ic3man of maradona the face works but the hair i not complet, this is when i dont use the editable and import to a japanes player

Maxi lopes face does so that ps2 crash?

i use the grafik studio and play on the ps2 version.
please help must have the maradona face

you have to put this .bmp file over original y097 .bin(not over modified). Original .bin file you can get from your pes4 cd, 0_tex.afs. So simple....
