It really depends on what you are looking for.

Here's a brief idea of what to expect:

1)FIFA Manager = (+)fun to play, great interface, user-friendly
(-)unrealistic and lots of glitches in the game.

2)Football Manager = (+)
very very realistic, lots of detail has been paid to the
2-d match mode,tactics and the transfers are very
much believable(when compared with FIFA M )

For die hard fans only, otherwise you'll get bored quite
