Of the one's that have been during my lifetime Clinton (H) Overall I'd have to say Wlison

Oh and Rob; why wasn't America spreading freedom in say 1953 or 1968?
The only reason for E. Europe's **** economies and living standards is its abandonment to unwanted and illegally installed totalitarian regimes for 50 or so years.

Because it was at war both those years?

1953: Korea
1968: Vietnam

You have to fight The Giant yourself when DDP and Bret Hart have Kevin Nash occupied. Of course it all ended in 1991 when Nash slipped while getting The Giant up for a Carlos*knife power bomb, a result which left The Giant in 12 pieces and Nash as World Heavyweight Champion.

It was promoting freedom. Look at South Korea now? An example of the United States promoting freedom.

Oh, and the 'abandonment' of Eastern Europe, give me a break.

Abandoned? The US spent large sums of money, lost many men and dedicated its national agenda for half a century towards defeating the Evil Empire that enslaved Eastern Europe and casted its shadow on the rest of the world. Don't you forget that.

Well that enslavement could have maybe never have happened.

How about the many men and women who died in the forests of Central Europe taking Red Army bullets?

And besides it wasn't called the Evil Empire untill Regan stepped in the White House. Nixon even wanted to co-operate with the Soviet Union as partners
