It wioll be easy to do when Creation Centre 06 comes out - until then, you'll need to edit the database with unidb & access.

You can edit their age in the team management section. There is an option in there called Edit Player and you can change their birthdate and so lower their age.

there is a retirement age listed in the FIFA.DB.

That would be the easiest way to do it.

Just use Uni.db to export your FIFA.DB to an access database and edit.
