Which manager will have the most success at his new club?

Rob

Mourinho’s Assistant
Saw this poll on a website and I was wondering what the SG.tv users would think?

These are your 5 CONFIRMED choices (sorry Ewan :p)

Camacho (Real Madrid)
Capello (Juventus)
Magath (Bayern Munich)
Mourinho (Chelsea)
Prandelli (Roma)
Santini (Tottenham)

You know my vote.

I'm probably biassed, but Mourinho would have to be my pick..

We can scrap the 'probably' now :D

Anyroad, what are we basing 'success' upon? Mere titles? Club structural overhaul? Financial might? Ability to win on shoestring budget? Ability to win on 'bottomless pit' budget? Converting youth/non performing players into first team stars? Most pies sold?

:p

Well, it will probably be Mourinho, because he has the funds to just go out and buy any talented player.

The Red Devil
Fabio Capello(voted) and maybe Jose Camacho IF Perez' ego doesn't ruin Real Madrid's season(again).

Hendrik

Team Captain
I doubt that it will be Mourinho. He will have to build a new team and that's not done in a few weeks.

Tajike

SG's Fluffiest
Zé...
If he can make a unity from the star players he has in his possesion, I think Chelsea will have some glorious years. Which is a pity for us...:(

RUSI

El Merengue Argentino
Jose...

Jose Antonio Camacho that is. (H)

Perez will hopefully buy 1 or 2 defensive players that are needed and we will hopefully go trophy-wild

Good Thread. It will be intresting to see though.

Senior Squad
Mourinho is a close second but it remains to be seen how he handles loads of money, and ego, mercenary players. (I reckon those are the ones he'll get rid of)

Camacho, lots of pressure and I don't know too much about his club managerial history.

But I think it'll be Capello. A manager with long term proven pedigree in charge of a big club with a history of winning...

Starting XI
Santini will. If he gets us up to atleast 8th and gets Spurs on a good cup run, then the Spurs fans will be happy, with the other guys in the poll second place or semi final of the CL is seen as a failure, so i see Santini being the biggest success, seeing as Spurs have less expectations than the other teams.

Youth Team
Santini imo.
He not need to do much to get a better result to his team.=)
Tottenham is a BIG club with pore results.
So I give him my vote.
