Where to find the average age of your team?

I´m afraid this can´t be possible. I mean, doesn´t exist any means in the game which possibilities this calculation.
Tell you what... do it by yourself. Sum every individual age in your team, the obtained result you divide by the quantity of players.

The only place in the FIFA 10 data that I can find reference to average age is in relation to a board expectation that tells you how many youth players you need to sign. The average age is actually irrelevant, you just have to sign the required number of players under 25

Well it doesn't sound right and I've never had that particular objective from my board, so I'm not really sure. What exactly does it say under Board Expectations within the Office section of Manager Mode?? (a screenshot of that page would be good)
