Where should I train this player?

he's just gained his 5th ball in passing, and I was just wondering where 2 put him...

Well when i get prosperous youth who could develop into great players, i usually train them up on either speed/stamina because its quicker for them to gain a ball.

id train him in tackleing or shooting as they fetch the most money... on the subject of youth. i have four coaches.. the best 3 here are all training up my youth side.. just wondering where i should position the coaches. or if i should have my coaches working on my 1st team.

I'd agree, go for speed and stamina as youths seem quicker at training these than senior players.
Other useful skills might be play inteligence and ball control, especially if you have coachs on the youth stations.

Yeah, speed and stamina... after they are decent, train up play int., ball ctrl, tackling.

they are good to train youths, i got an average ball of 2 per day, i have 6 coaches with high skills, and i put them all on for my youths

I've decided to put him on play intelligence as I have a good coach on that skill. As soon as he gains a ball on that, I'll move him to speed, then stamina
