This is one of my brand new youngsters, and the most talented in my opinion, so I need your advice where I should train him, so he would be a class player?

ps:the purple color looks wierd eh? It came from converting the file into GIF...

15 years old, you're lucky, unlike me and many others, you got a new youth, not a recycled one. So that's good, you have three seasons to train him up.

I'd say you should concentrate on speed and stamina while he's so young, as he'll improve faster. Once these are about 4 each, work on passing and cross balls, as these are fairly high for a youth already.

After it's about 4 or 5 in those skills, try play intelligence, tackling (also needed as he looks like he can become a good midfielder), and also ball control.

I would say tackling... in my opinion the most important statstic. as chris said, he has the makings of a good midfielder.

I guess you could do tackling before passing and cross balls. It's easier to get the first ball than the last ball in a skill and tackling is important for midfielders, I have one with 5 on passing and tackling, and while he completes most of his passes and tackles, his percentage of completed tackles are lower. I'd guess this is because some passes can be passes with no opposition player able to intercept, but with tackles, the player has to win the ball. They will probably need tackling and ball control to avoid losing the ball when being tackled. It may be better to try and train him higher in tackling than passing. Maybe try to get them all up to three before getting them onto four and hopefully five balls. Do that in the other areas I mentioned, too. He could be a good left-sided midfielder.

So a player improves faster training in speed and stamina than other attributes?

No Ayan, youths improve faster in every field, but you can't use a coach to train speed or stamina, so it's more logical to train them on speed and stamina while they aren't seniors, so that they would improve faster there.
