where should i train him...?

bought this guy last night for 57,000 AUD .. thought it was a steal... just want to know where i should start training him.. i have 6 coaches... all over the place.. so what do you think? hes only 18, and wanna keep him for a while. any help be appreciated thankyou.

when i was buying him it said recovering from pulled back muscle.. when he arrived at my team he had no injury (H)

Real, heading is only really used for corners and not that often, it's not really worth training in heading, only shooting, speed, ball ctrl, play int., etc.

do any of you guys have good coaches in ball control? i have 7 coaches and not one of them is compitent in the ball control field..

Ball control, Speed and Shooting as Rami said but I wouldn't bother improving play inteligence much as 2 or 3 should be fine

Agree too that heading not really important, my centre backs and one striker have good heading (6 balls) but just cause that's what they came to the club with. Rest of the team don't use it ever and those three only if long balls are used against your defenders (your strikers if you use long balls seem to use ball control and not attempt a header)
