Where Should I Train Him?

not maxed in anything, should i start training him in tackleing? or get passing to 5 aswel?

I'd get tackling up as high as possible with maybe one more passing and a few cross balls if u have a coach as defeners play loads of long balls.

If u want him as a midfielder however then he doesn't really need the cross balls and could just concentrate on passing
