When will kit raptor be released?!

Can anyone tell me when kit raptor for fifa2004 full game will truely be released?
I really want to know, I'm visiting socceraccess almost every hour of the day, but nothing! just a preview.....

okay, I already found another WORKING tool , called kit xtender on fifakulte... this is the link:

Just imported juve kits and tested it, it works!!!!!!
