When are Legendary Matches unlocked

Hi...
Could anyone please tell me how I can get Legendary matches unlocked as I have played over 500 games which are 353 professional games and 160 World Class and I thought at some point the Legendary matches would be unlocked.

....or am I missing something !!!

Any help would be appreciated

also you can get the legendary difficulty without the unlocker by completing two different zones, in challenge mode! but using the FM unlocker is the best and easiest way!
