What's the AI like?

Started playing the new PES last month and took it back to the shop within a week. The AI is completely unresponsive and doesn't know how to close me down or exploit the weak points in my tactics at all. It's like it only knows one way to play and if you figure it out it's exceptionally simple to beat.

So my question is how good is it in Fifa 08? Does it think of ways to break me down or just play up the wings or through the middle? I need a challenge and I will buy this game if I get good feedback.

Yes, I did play the demo but they are usually unfinished and the full versions are always different.

yeah talking about the current-gen for pc version may look crap but with the latest ai and gameplay; euro2008 owned pes2008 easily. have you tried it? on world class cpu plays really better now. the only sad thing is the graphics look worser... else are really good! it's not only what you can see, it's about what you can play, what you can have, what you can hear, what you can feel bla bla
