What leages do you run?

Outside of your foreground league, what leagues do you usually run in the background?

In terms of good young (relatively unknown) talent, which league(s) would you recommend?

I only use the one league. Just put the databse on maximum and you can find plenty of good youth players

Besides the foreground leagues? I usually select all others as background leagues

Takes 45 minutes to start up, but no problems afterwards. Gives you plenty talent to choose from.
