Oh, that reminds me! I have also been to the Bobby Kennedy Stadium in Washington DC in the summer of 2007 to watch a friendly match between DC United and LA Galaxy.

The significance? It was David Beckham's first ever game (actually maybe it was his second) for the Galaxy. He came on for 19 minutes and touched the ball about once.

Olimpico in Torino (Juve)
Amsterdam Arena (Ajax)
De Kuip Rotterdam (Feyenoord)
Weserstadion in Bremen (Werder - Juve)
HSV's stadium in Hamburg (RHCP concert)
Veltins-Arena in Gelsenkirchen (CL Final 2004)
The new Wembley (NFL games, concert)

Every season I tell myself to visit more games across Europe, but it never really comes to anything. I still hope to attend a Premier League game in London this season, and Dortmund is also high on my shortlist.

I went for the Germany-Italy game, and didn't care for the atmosphere (seeing as I wasn't there to support the hosts) ... definitely want to go back to see Dortmund ...

Yeah, I don't think terraces that big are allowed anymore outside of third world countries.
