Soccer Gaming Rules and Guidelines
Article 1: Racism / Politics / Religion:
Football (Soccer) is a game that unites the world and is beyond race, religion or creed. Racist behavior and comments that lead to discrimination or prejudice will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Same thing applies to political or religious talk. It doesn't matter where you come from or what you believe in. KEEP ALL THAT OUT OF SOCCERGAMING OR YOU WILL BE BANNED. It will result in an automatic Ban or even a permanent expulsion without explanation.
Article 2: Plagiarism / Content Theft / Content Copying:
We can't stress enough how important it is for us to protect our real modders.
SoccerGaming is still (after 20 years) the main source for FIFA Content in terms of Tools, Patches, Kits, Faces, Stadiums, Boots, Balls, etc. Most of the FIFA Modding Scene feeds off SoccerGaming.
So stealing content, Re-uploading other people's work without their permission or Copying other modder's content is completely forbidden.
This will result in an instant ban and the thread containing the links will be deleted.
Don't call yourself a modder if you don't mod. You can be a regular member and enjoy all the free content that's posted here. If you decide to create content, do it from 0. Be original.
Article 3: Warez / Cracks / Piracy:
Anyone found posting or asking for links to Illegal software downloads, cracks, etc will be penalized with a Red Card for a period that will be indicated. A second offense and it will lead to a Ban or Expulsion depending on the nature of the content posted by the offender. Anyone found asking for such links will be penalized with a Yellow Card.
Let us make it clear – No Cracks, No Warez, No ‘Back-ups’.
Article 4: Verbal Abuse and Speech that portrays Malice:
Lighthearted swearing is perfectly legal in our books. But language that depicts violence, hate or prejudice of ANY kind in a spiteful manner will be dealt with utmost severity. A Verbal Warning or a Yellow Card will be meted out immediately and repeating offenders will be banned or expelled depending on the nature of the offense.
Article 5: Spamming:
Members posting the same material over and over and making ignorant and pointless threads will be given a Yellow Card immediately. Members offending more than once will be Red Carded or Banned – whichever may be more appropriate in that situation. Spamming is a serious offense and the offender can have his Internet privileges taken away if reported by Soccer Gaming to the person’s Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Article 6: Post Boosting:
Its Quality over Quantity here at Soccer Gaming. Pointless threads or posts will be deleted without explanation and people trying to Boost their Post Count will be warned if the offense is repeated over and over. Severe cases of post boosting will result in your post count being slashed in half or more or will result in a Yellow Card. Meaningless replies that convey nothing but the obvious can also be deemed as Post Boosting.
Article 7: Off-Topic Threads:
Keep appropriate threads in the appropriate forums made for that purpose. Please go through the Contents and Descriptions of the individual forums on this board and make sure you post appropriately. For example the Soccer Forum is not the place to discuss about the latest Music album. The moderators or administrators will move the off-topic threads to the appropriate forum but members repeatedly making the same offense will be Verbally warned or will be Yellow Carded.
Article 8: Signatures:
Signature images are a nice way to express yourselves. But remember it’s a privilege and can be taken away if you fail to comply with the rules.
Article 9: Administrators and Moderators:
The Administrators and Moderators are here to make your experience at Soccer Gaming an enjoyable one. They are here to make sure the rules are followed and that the high standards set by Soccer Gaming are maintained. Any comments towards the Forum Moderators or Administrators that suggest hate, contempt or any other form of abuse will not be tolerated and the offending member will be Red Carded immediately and even expelled if the offense repeats itself.
Article 10: Multiple Accounts:
Remember - Only ONE account per person. If Multiple accounts are detected with an IP search, please note that both your accounts will be Banned.Also, if a user has been banned, it is not permissible to make another account.Otherwise your IP Address will be banned and you won't be able to access the site altogether.Also please note that if you do have existing Multiple accounts, please let the Administrators or Moderators know at your earliest. We will do the needful and it will prevent your un-necessary banning.
Article 11: External Links:
AdFly (or other link shortners) which force you to click on multiple different buttons or words before you can get to the actual point of interest (like a Download), probably mining our PCs with malware or other infectious data will be removed. Forcing members of the Forum to go to external links before they can get to the desired destination (like Instagram/Facebook/YouTube/Other Websites) will not be tolerated. Same thing for Discord Servers. DO NOT try to promote your Discords and DO NOT try to get people to join your Discord Server in order to get a Patch/Mod/ETC. Keep all of that OUT of SoccerGaming.
Article 12: Free Downloads
At SoccerGaming we do not allow Mods to be behind a paywall. Whether it's Patreon or BuyMeACoffee or any other website. You MUST allow members to download FOR FREE. If people want to donate, that's fine, but it must be voluntarily. Modders may not ask or force other members to pay/donate in exchange for any type of Mods. This rule also ties in with the previous one about External Links.
Breaking this rule will result in your Thread getting closed and you will be banned for 2 weeks -if it's the first time- or permanently, if you've been banned before.
Article 13: Images and web-links leading to pornography or images depicting violence:
There is no place for Pornography or any other form of material that may be considered improper. Posting of such material will result in a Red Card for members offending the first time for a period of a month or more depending on the severity of the offense. Members offending more than once will be expelled permanently.
Article 14: Language:
SoccerGaming is English-only.
If English is not your main language, you can use Google Translator and Copy/Paste your message.
If you need to communicate with another Member who speak the same language as you (for example: Spanish) please do so via Private Messages.
Posts with languages other than English will be deleted.
Violation of any of the above will result in a permanent ban.
