You need to regenerate fat/Bh files. I don't remember which program people are using for 16. But I'd search this forum for 'regenerate.' my guess would be CG file explorer.

I haven't edited anything in 16 yet so I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

That's an issue in the language database. Are you playing in a language that isn't compatible with moddingway? Otherwise you can add the entry with db master.
