Hey guys, a friend of mine is starting a small website (personal, so he doesnt need huge ammounts of space) and he's asking me where to host it (he'll pay, its not a problem) and where to get the domain.

so what is the best place? I know godaddy.com is really cheap when it comes to the domain (2.99 per year I think) but I dont know about the hosting. they have like 4 bucks a month for 5GB of space but that seems a lot of space and he wont use it.

any ideas? :D

I've kinda been out of the loop, but back when I was into webdesign it was generally accepted that www.mediatemple.net was the creme de la creme of webhosts.. MT sounds like it might be overkill for what your friend seems to need
