Weather question (Rain in manager mode)

I 'm in manager mode with a UK league 2 team and i 've played already about 30 matches and none of them had rain! Weather is great almost in all games.
Only a few in winter months had some snow.

Is there any option i can change or a tweak or patch for this?
it only happens to me??

The weather is assigned to the stadium. If you don't play in an UK stadium, but in a generic one, maybe the weather has been set to be a normal european weather... By the way you can check this and change the weather of the stadium with Creation Master 10 ;)
